About CallScribe

An Arabic-first conversation intelligence platform built by a small team obsessed with getting Gulf dialects right.

Our Story

CallScribe started with a single frustration: every general-purpose speech-to-text tool on the market claimed Arabic support, but the moment you fed it a real Khaleeji call — the kind of fast, code-switched, accent-heavy conversation that actually happens in a Dubai call center — the output was nonsense. MSA-trained models collapsed on Gulf dialects. US-hosted APIs routed sensitive audio out of the region by default. Per-minute pricing bled budgets dry before teams ever shipped a useful analytics dashboard.

We built CallScribe to solve all three problems at once: dialect accuracy first (Khaleeji, Levantine, Egyptian, and MSA), private processing on EU / GCC infrastructure second, and predictable flat-rate pricing third. The engine is Whisper large-v3-turbo, fine-tuned and benchmarked against our own internal corpus of 200+ GCC call recordings. Diarization uses pyannote.audio. Everything runs on Docker Compose so enterprise customers can self-host on their own GPU.

Today CallScribe is used by teams in banking, telecom, healthcare, and government across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. We publish a model card with word error rates per dialect, a data processing agreement covering GDPR Article 28, and a security posture page — because the buyers in this market ask for those documents before any procurement conversation starts.
