Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CallScribe to:
- Upload audio you do not have the legal right to process.
- Transcribe recordings obtained without the consent required by applicable wiretap, privacy, or call recording laws.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or API.

Billing & Refunds
Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions begin immediately upon checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Termination
Either party may terminate for any reason with 30 days written notice. CallScribe may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless you request an export beforehand.
Limitation of Liability
CallScribe's total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved in the DIFC Courts, Dubai.
